Certified in restorative, yin, children's yoga, and yoga philosophy, she embodies serenity and dedication.

Jane Doerr, a certified 300-hr Original Hot Yoga instructor, combines her clinical expertise as a registered nurse with her passion for holistic health and Bikram Hot Yoga. After completing her teacher training at 70, she exemplifies lifelong dedication, inspiring balance and vitality across all ages- a testament to her belief that it's never too late for self-discovery.

Jen Gard is a 200-RYT specializing in core strength, flexibility and mobility. Certified as a Personal Trainer, Golf Fitness Instructor, Movement and Mobility Coach, Nutrition Coach, Pickleball and tennis fitness Coach. Her passion for fitness began early and grew into a lifelong mission to help people of all ages reach their full potential.
Kimmi Norvell Moake brings 17+ years of teaching and intuitive guidance. As an Emotional Nutritionist and earth medicine healer, she offers somatic yoga that promotes deep surrender and nervous system recalibration.
Diane Tucker brings 30+ years of yoga experience. Her blend of classical Hatha with Pilates and NIA emphasizes mindful movement and breath.

Chris is a dedicated movement guide with expertise in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. His personal journey informs his compassionate teachings on adaptable practice.
